Old Republic, pings, now fixed, who fixed it?
So a few weeks ago my ping in Star wars old republic went from an average of 37ms to 100-200 ms, this made playing tricky at times!
I'd held off contacting Plusnet about the problem as I've been moving between different PN packages lately.
However heres the weird part, last night at around 9pm while playing with some guys from work I got disconnected, they remained logged in fine (not PN customers). I tried to log back in, tried to check the SWTOR.com website and couldnt, then after a few more minutes I was able to log in fine.
Upon logging in my ping had gone back to its old average of 37ms
Can anyone hazard a guess as what happened last night and why my ping may have settled back down after a few bad weeks?
I'd put it down to Plusnet Pro but I've had that activated for a few days and until last night my ping didn't improve.
