I'd try switching that off for a bit as well, you have port forwarding for your xbox set up so that should be ok.

Best way for the ps3 is to place it on a static ip from the router and then dmz that ip which opens all ports to that ip.
You have to make sure the dmz ip is allways given to the ps3 tho as it will  be sercuity risk if done to a pc

To put PS3 in DMZ..
WIth the PS3 on go to attached devices, work out which is your ps3 and copy the mac address and the IP address.
Go into LAN IP setup and for address reservation add your ps3 details
Then under WAN setup click enable and add the reserved IP address for your PS3
should be it

Couple of other options to try and help are:
Switching on the Surf option to block some P2P apps https://portal.plus.net/surf/ and also switching your BB firewall to high here https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=firewall&firewallPage=basic, won't stop P2P as such but might help block some incoming traffic.

if you follow the dmz how to ive replyed to you pm with then nothing you do will effect the consoles
