cant tell how long those stats are for but that amount of crc errors is fine either way.
what do you get when you do a command prompt traceroute to bbc.co.uk.
command to use, "tracert bbc.co.uk"
below my fastpath error stats for a 27day long connection, the upstream errors are a bug thats why there higher than the actual SF count

Just done a speed test, am getting 6500 download and 380 upload at 6.00p.m.
I did a ping test with pingtest.net and got a ping of 26ms and jitter if 1ms which sounds good but the thing i am concerned about is is i am getting a Packet Loss of 96%, again i am unsure of what this means do any of you guys know? During the test it sends 250 packets and only 10 are recieved which gives me the 96% loss and an F rating.
Will do the BBC thing now.

Done bbc test but cannot save the results! i have tryed everything,i've even took a pic of them and cannot attach them to this message, i'll keep trying!

also try a command prompt ping test, "ping -t bbc.co.uk" and "crtl+c" to stop it. this will give you an idea of packet loss.
i ask for you try that method as we dont tend to trust speedtestnet / pingtestnet
right click the top bar of cmd pmt and go to propities and check quickedit, then you can highlight the text in the normal manner and right click the top bar and select edit, copy then paste here
