New to Plusnet

Hi there, I'm new to Plusnet.
I was wondering if anybody else got poor pings and sometimes good pings?
I have just been playing Fortress Forever and Team fortress classic and the lowest my ping was was 9ms which is awesome, however, during the time of around 4pm - 10pm I am getting a ping of about 100ms + which is not so good. Does anybody else expereince this? Is this normal?

9ms. i take it you have interleaving turned off.
Does switching gateways make any diffrence?
which product are you on?
have you done a wireshark of the games traffic to make sure its being picked up right ( if your on PRO there isnt a real need to do this thoe)

when you have the bad latency after 4pm have tried a pathping to the server to see which hop is at fault

Which Plusnet package are you on? I can't say I notice a big difference at peak time, and I'm on the Unlimited package - my pings normally hover around the 30-40 mark.

spackzero. do you play the games that the OP is having problems with?
with the latency happening at peak times i would think the OP is on a traffic managed product and the game or the server's the OP are using are running on non standard ports and the sig PN have is not picking the traffic up right.
