NAT: type strict PS3

PS3 on strick NAT type
I have fibre optic and a TG582n router 
Please could someone  HELP unable to join games , I play COD
I would be very greatful for info to sort this

Have you enabled gaming mode and/or uPnP? I'm not sure if both settings are on that router as I don't use it but I know gaming mode is.
