Just a reply to say thanks to Matt and everyone that has helped on this. New router is installed, working fine and the moderate NAT has disappeared : ) I now need to know how to ensure the game i play on xbox live is being prioritised. My connection is very poor to the game in online multiplayer despite having a good solid wired connection to the net and an open NAT. The game for reference is F1 2011 Thanks
