Hi there, I used host a couple of Minecraft servers at home. They were working since April, I had to turn them off because it was causing problem with the network(our internal network). Anyways Now I've decided to host them again, the problem now it that no one can connect to any of the servers. Is Minecraft being blocked by you guys? I get a timeout even when I am at home. I've tried to use my internet IP (which obviously did not work)
I've changed the ports to different ones. e.g. 25555 25556 etc.
Can someone help me?

Hey there,
It wouldn't be "blocked" as such. But I would double check your "Broadband Firewall" settings within your My Account section on the Plusnet website, make sure it's set to "Off"
Also make sure the ports are forwarded within your router.
Next question is, Can you connect internally?
Cheers,
Matt

Hi there, sorry for the late reply.
Broadband firewall has always been on "off", also I can connect to internally. Everything is port-forwarded correctly, Other than that, No access from the internet.

Assume that you've set your internal machine to static ip?
Have you tried testing with this to see if it identifies your port as open?

Hey there,
Drop me a PM with the IP and port and I'll try it when I get a few moments.
Cheers,
Matt
EDIT: Minecraft name is mattz0r - In case it's whitelisted.
