It's a program Sony use for PSNs (Playstation Network Store) The download speeds are atroucious. 50-100 KB/s max. Perhaps something is wrong at your end? Could you guys check please ^_^ On the other hand, PSNs on the PS3 works fine. Great speeds of close to 800 KB/s.
