Major Latency Issues (World Of Warcraft)

Hi Guys,
Anyone noticed any of this? Recently I've joined a new guild and trying to 25 man raid, it has become a nightmare for the last 2 weeks. Its now almost impossible to play as soon as we start a boss I lag, normally I have 100MS at most, recently its been 1000+ and I've changed filters and cables and my router but it makes no difference. I had a connection issue a few weeks ago where my connection kept dropping out and since then my internet has been pretty terrible, so I'm wondering if BT have messed it up again.

Do you have a fault raised?  We've got no other problems raised about WOW, and based on having problems beforehand it's like to be something wrong with your connection specifically.

I've had a look at your account and I can see you've started to raise a fault, unfortunately you'll need to go back to http://faults.plus.net and complete the questions before we can investigate.
As soon as that happens we'll get the investigation underway for you.

Hi guys, having added the pro addon this Friday and today I have raided without a hitch,
I was never told such an addon existed
But cheers
I don't think it'll be an issue anymore
