LoL packet loss?

Hi there.
I phoned customer support to sort out some general lag I was having while using the internet. It sorted out the ridiculous 4000ms spikes I was getting but I'm still getting spikes of 300+ms
Did a tracert to the League of Legends servers and here is the result. Any help would be appreciated.

USA is having problems with there winter storms.  2 games I play over there have had to reroute their traffic around bad area's[warframe/Lotro], so get on to the game devs

Trust me. I'd love to but this company has a penchant for not giving 100% to their EU customers. I guess I'll just have to wait it out if it's their problem.

Are you seeing any latency with any other games?  Or problems with browsing?

I play on EUW and can't say I've had any issues as of late.
Is it still happening?

Same as krs360, i play it daily and not had any problems the last week or so.

Yeh actually I notice it with Star Wars: The Old Republic and Path of Exile now that I've started playing those again. I also get problems with browsing aswell.

Yeh, still happening unfortunately.

Ok, we need to look at you connection.  More likely to be a problem with that than the gaming traffic.

ok i filled out that form on wednesday. havent heard anything back. Path of Exile is pretty much unplayable at the moment
EDIT 1st Feb: Phoned up support and they're gonna uncap my upload see if that helps. They're also looking into other possible line faults. I'll keep you updated on what fixes it so it can possibly helps others with troubleshooting,
