League of legends, high ping

I played yesterday first time since two weeks and didn't have any problems with ping ( 35 ms).

It sounds like the changes that we made have worked, has anyone else seen any change?

Yes there is no problem with latency at all.

Still seem to be having problems with League of Legends, getting around 2000+ ms in most games now, and been having high latency issues on and off over the last few weeks. 
Only really having the problem with LoL, other games/downloading/streaming are ok.

Is there any chance that you could raise a ticket instead of posting here? There are very few people who have the software to view a Wireshark capture (I'm not one of them) and we can send a ticket to the right people.

I'm also having severe latency issues with this game, its not been playable at peak time for some time now.

I have constant problem with high ping after midnight and during peak times,  anyone else?
