I am am a new PlusNet customer. Connected today only to find most of the PC games my sons play either won't load or are experiencing connection issues. Apex legends is one. I read some users in this thread fixed their issue with a new router. Which router is this? I currently have the PlusNet Hub One. In Apex Legends I'm getting ping spikes every few seconds, very long loading times and unable to actually join a game.
