After having a horrendous VoIP experience while talking to support over the phone search and run some test. Now the VoIP was only bad at my end and the support guy sed my voice was clear. The results also show a download problem and that correlates with the VoIP experience.
I ran this test more than once and found it to be worse at time and other times better but not at any point did it look ok.

I'm still convinced you have a fault somewhere. All the indications from your account are for a high performing FTTC line, but you obviously aren't getting that. We'll kick you back down the faults path again.

download (mbps) 61.51
upload test (mbps) 15.89
latency (ms) 19.0
Does this test show retransmissions or tcp delay?
Will this test give any insight to my problem?
"Also, you are showing quite a few disconnections. Is this you? Are you swapping routers around?"
Yes I was told by a PN support person to connect my PC direct to the modem so this means any reboots of the PC will disconnect my pppoe connection.

There are a LOT of disconnections and reconnections in that graph. Did you do it a lot?

You may asked your self how or why so many dc, I'll list some reasons:
*Updating firmware.
*Changing setting on router. (includes so many things such as turning UPnP off or setting up DNS server)
*Hope gateway (if you look it keeps putting me on the same ones)
*Router reboot
*Changing the layout of my next work/ connecting the modem direct to my PC without the router (as requested by PN staff)
*Rebooting my PC (so many reason for doing this too like applying settings or booting into Linux.
So is that ok sir, are you happy with that? Am I allowed to asked about the errors I stated about 5 posts ago now?

World of tanks = rubber banding
Guild wars = just couldn't cast anything in the big battle, complete freeze up of skills.
Interstellar Marines = No hit detection while moving or target moving.
Planetside 2 = instagib death all the time, no warning from taking damage until its too late (instagib killed). Didn't even bother to see what hit reg was like, gave up at this point.

Just trying to make sure that the reconnections are deliberate and not another problem. I remain convinced there is something wrong with your line. Either than or your PC and I trust you to know that that works fine. No one else really seems to be having the same troubles as you.

Also why so many "Termination by server side (NAS)"
If I find a gateway that works better for me this just happens. That accounts for most of the dc's.
