I've asked for Interlevling to be turned off via a ticket and not heard anything back for ages could a someone tell me how i would know if its been done or not?

If you can get into your router and see the connection settings it would show as 'fastpath'.

If you go to the detail page for your DSL connection, check out the FEC errors. If you have non-zero downstream FEC errors, you're probably interleaved.
