High intermittent packet loss 80%+ - iracing

Last night I was getting upto around 80% packet loss when trying to run iRacing, a modem/router reboot seem to have 'fixed' it , this morning I just checked the TBBQM for the line and see there other packet loss episodes.

Should this be logged as a fault?

I would say yes raise a fault, as the graphs don't match any on http://community.plus.net/ping-graphs/ apart from the 2 spikes at roughly 12.20am and 12.30am, which were on most of the graphs.

I've just checked over your Fault Ticket and everything seems to have been resolved now.
Can you let us know if you have any further problems.
