I migrated to BBYWP about a month ago, and am still getting pings of 60ms or so playing ETQW and Trackmania. I believe this may be due to my line / account being "interleaved" - is this something that can be fixed? Thanks.

We can place an order to remove interleaving, this should complete the next working day. I'd only suggest doing this if you've read the support guides on interleaving and have a stable line.
Let me know if you want it removing and I'll get the order placed.
