Hi
I play Heroes of The Storm from Blizzard and have recently been having issues with performance on their one and only EU server. Local Ping is low (40ms) but the game is stuttery and jerky while maintaining good framerate. I raised this with their customer support team on twitter who asked me to run a tracert and a pathping, both of which are below. They then claim that the packet loss in the pathping should be raised with my ISP. Anyone have any clue about this?
