Having trouble changing moderate and strict NAT settings?

Techincolor/Thomson Router already have ports opened for Xbox live but you need to tick Use UPnP: & Untick Use Extended Security: under Game & Application Sharing and then apply settings
For Other brands
The port numbers for Xbox LIVE servers used for this are Port 88 UDP, Port 3074 UDP and TCP,
Note If you cannot chat with someone using Video Kinect, you might need to open port 1863 (UDP and TCP).

The port numbers for PlayStation®Network servers used for this are TCP: 80, 443, 5223 and UDP: 3478, 3479.
For voice / video chat and online game play, direct communication with other PS3™ systems is used for data transmission during voice / video chat and online gaming. The port number used for this is UDP: 3658. However, you may need to use a different port number when you are connected using a NAT router.

if you dont know how to open ports look on youtube or go on http://portforward.com/ and look for your make and model number of you router. Text me back if any above worked.
