Hamachi & Operation Flashpoint 2

Hello
What type of traffic is Hamachi classed as? I am seeing 4000ms when pinging other Hamachi clients.
Could Operation Flashpoint 2 be added to the system?

4 seconds of lag is immense 
Would it be daft to guess it's classed as VPN which is gold?

I can't remember off the top of my head what Hamachi is classed as. IIRC correctly it uses P2P technology to connect more than 1 computer together?
Operation Flashpoint 2 isn't *officially* released till the 9th, I'm sure that some people have received their pre-order copies early.
If you've got it and are willing to submit a wireshark capture while playing the game we can check it's set correctly.

I was able to run Hamachi with an acceptable ping using a VPN.
I'll look into Wireshark
