Gaming traffic prioritising

Does Plusnet still prioritise gaming traffic.
If so, could "Tom Clancy's The Division" be added to the list of games as the lag is awful.
Also I can't find anywhere to send a wireshark capture file, as I don't seem able to raise a ticket.

a friend of mines been bugging me to get that game... but i think ill hold off until its half price

Agree, the times I've played it seems to lag quite a lot.
My other friends who use Virgin, TT, Sky, BT etc don't have any issue..
