My connection as almost been impossible the last week, never had a problem with Virgin wondering if changing to plusnet was a mistake just to save a couple of quid a month? just hope their staff can help me out and changing the channel on my router hasn't helped in the slightest even though I thought it did at first but the problem still continues.
