Just got home and wiresharked the game, it is being limited on my account, I see 0x40 which relates to Silver on the differential services field.  I have a pcap but it's 128mb...  and I don't know wireshark well enough to figure out how to get just what I want...
Currently uploading to my personal site so I can link to it for the CS.

Yep, thats definitely incorrect!

6gb of this months traffic has gone into other on my usage, I'm guessing that's the game...

With the utmost of respect^ ticket would have been raised over xmas - and its for a specialised pool of people (its not something everyone can look at, understand and action a result) I'm sure most have only just got back into a "normal" rhythm.
It usually takes a week or so for tickets to be updated providing rules are easy enough to make for games. Can take a little longer if the games do something stupid which makes it harder to identify.

Planetside 2 is a f2p game. The game wasn't even finished when it came out and was very lagy at times.
Just to be sure its not the serve your playing on. Do a ping test to the sever your on and to bbc.co.uk. see if both test show problems. You know, that's if wireshark doesn't shed some light.
