Gaming Lag (BF3) (BlackOps)

Hey guys, sometimes i get really bad lag spikes at all hours of the day playing any of these games. I have been using plusnet for about 5 months now and i dont seem to understand the problem. My upload speed is capped and i requested it to be uncapped about3 months ago but still nothing. Can anyone help?

Hi itsadey,
I've checked over your connection and cannot see any issues with your connection. Are you connecting over a wired or wireless connection?
Would you be able create a ping graph, once you've done this if you could share the graph on here so we can take a look at it.

Hey, my connection isnt active at the moment as i just moved house. Waiting for it to get back online  . As soon as it does ill send the info. I usually get server disconnects and get timed out from most of my games. It happens sometimes i know but its more frequent since i switched over to PlusNet. Dunno why
