Game play Crashes when on either BFBC2 OR MOH

Hi all
Everytime i play battlefield bad company 2 or  medal of honor i get msg saying sorry you have been disconnected from there server please contact your provider or somethink like that
this only happens on these 2 games for PC any other game absolutly fine no problems
is this a NAT issue with the porting/ steam/ or  the traffic for gaming (dont think its the gamins as should run fine when on extra)
any ideas guys

o yeah its not my pc im sure or the firewall

Both games are made by the same company using the same dedicated servers try looking for the ports that need to be opened in the back of the manual or DMZ the router????

Sounds similar to an issue I found a few years back, if it is the same then it's fixable.

Take a look at that post, but replace the port numbers with that that BFBC2 or MOH use and it should hopefully sort the issue out.
