FIFA13 disconnecting / requires Reboot of PS3

Hi there, been getting frequent drops in connection after one game with a friend in Head 2 Head Seasons with Fifa 13, and it only gets
fixed rebooting the PS3 after each game, once, which is really annoying after a while, any tips? Seems to be Internet connection related,
he matches other friends just fine.. I don't want to reboot the PS3 constantly anymore.

i can connect on seasons
proble i getting is the 1st gae starts off fine but then sees to degenerate a bit and then fluctuate between good and hard to play.
also havent anaged to play on clubs this last week as i keep getting disconnected either pre gae or during a match.
