FIFA 12 connection problems

hello all newby to plusnet here. when hubby connects to EA server he keep getting disconnected and his points dont get registered which makes him a grumpy mynx! is it a plusnet problem because we have only had this problem since the transfer??? please help

Hi,
It is very difficult to tell whether the problem is with the connection or not. What Internet speeds are you getting at the moment? Have you noticed any drops in your connection recently? Another important one is, have you noticed if your NAT type is set to Strict or Open? If you could answer those questions as best you can, I'm sure we'll get this sorted
