Exreme Lag, packetloss and ping spikes - last two weeks

Hi
Anyone else started having real issues with ping spikes, blocks of packet loss and just general terribe gaming performance over the last two weeks?
my connection has been great for months, nothing has been changed but just starting to have real problems to the point where its kind of pointless me gaming.

tried resetting the POS thompson router (which i should really get round to changing), but connection issues still exist, multiple games and servers (quake live / bf3)....
Any ideas anyone if somethings being done within plusnet which would be affecting this at the mo?
