Any other Eve players get caught up in the protesting on going?
A friend and I set up a corp and started reporting on it. This fraps we took is very pretty! Lots of laz0rs!

Ah they are adding micro transactions. Like 2 MMO's that have added the same [Anarchy Online/Lotro], the Project leaders said they will only be for fluff/vanity items at the release. 6 months later the bean counters start weighing in and changing it to not just fluff but Armour/useful raid items or possibly in in Eves future, Ships/Faction items etc.
Always thought Eve would go this way eventually, they do allow selling characters so no that big a leap.

It's a market issue. Basically, if they allow people do pump in cash and instantly create a ship, they are cutting out the manufacturing process which is part of what people like to do.
