Disconnection on Game

First time here.

so been with PN 3 months all well and good yet a few day im losing connection to the games i play ie FF14. spoke to makers and they have said no issues on there end. PN avoided the question saying its the game. 

what can i do to fix it. 

no DSL drop out internet and everything else works but not this one game

maybe the pn person u spoke too was not too sure, maybe one of the lads who wonder these forums can offer some help

It seems odd that everything else works fine but the game drops out. Are you gaming off a wired or a wireless connection?

It was wired.

Sorted now same issue and other people within IP Range 51.6.x.x static IP correctdd it
