ok I need help. I am going very very mad...
I have search the web and fiddle and updated and wiggled with every setting I can find but have still not been able to connect my DS lite to my Hercules wifi drongle
So I turn to people of intelligent and knowledge, (with a little bit of grovelling you notice) for help...
Help !!!?!
ok I have run ipconfig with the result below. I can detect the wifi signal just get the old 52000 failure. Tried all the standard, but nothing work... I am doomed to play with myself

Try changing your default gateway to 192.168.0.1 [your router address]
[sorry - please ignore that!]

OK. DS's can be a right pain to get online.
Firstly are you using the old style DS or the DS lite. I also assume you're using an official cart. If it's the DS light, they're notorious for being a pain to get online. But they are doable.
Firstly make sure your wireless channel is above 8. Yes I know sounds strange, but similar to the 360 the lower channels are a right pain.
Secondly the only encryption that the DS can support is WEP. anything else and it'll just say naff off.
Thirdly if using a WEP key you should use passkey 1 rather than the keyword. Even though it should work, the DS just hates it.
