I'm currently trying to figure out why when playing DC Universe Online on US Servers (I play with friends who moved out there), when using a direct connection the game disconnects every few minutes, especially when zoning from area to area...
This behavior is rectified when I connect to the game using any VPN services.
I've spoken to Sony and taken various steps that they suggest, however the support is unable to identify why I should be experiencing such problems as they do not impose restrictions based on IP... when using a London based VPN I am still able to access the game without problem so it appears to be a problem with my router/plusnet (I've tried DMZ modes and others...
Can anyone out there help? :).
