An issue with your computer is blocking the VAC system. You cannot play on secure servers
In Counter Strike Global Offensive, I can't play on matchmaking servers, in a middle of the game I get kicked from the server and get this message, "An issue with your computer is blocking the VAC system. You cannot play on secure servers".
I have tried everything possible, including reinstalling windows, "https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2117-ILZV-2837", everything in the link I provided., enabled DMZ, added all the ports for CSGO by port forwarding to my broadband.
I know its a problem with my broadband, because when I was disconnected by this certain error, I logged on quickly to another home machine and the same problem occurred, I don't have any anti virus running.
I called in Technical Support, they did a full diagnostic check but they said everything is working line, no problems from their side, but I'm pretty sure its the broadband because I have been playing the game for over 2 years and not once I faced any problems.
This I believe when plusnet had an update on the Easter holiday or around that time from that update I strongly believe that's when the problem started.
Therefore the Technical support recommend a new router, (model: 2704N, the router with the 2 pink feet), so I tried it and still the same problem.
Please help me, its been painful because when you fail to reconnect to the server within 3 minutes, you receive a 7 day cool down.
I have been playing CS:GO for over 2 years and no problem have occurred, I have tried everything, after the update in 3 to 4 weeks ago that's when the problem started.
Screen shot of the problem: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=429286849

These are the list of things I have tried:
- Reinstalled Windows
- Uninsulated all anti-virus
- Disabled firewall
Logged on to the router settings and performed these settings. My Broadband is Plusnet Fibre Optic, which i have been using for nearly 2 years and have not faced any troubles.
I still changed these settings after the problem:
- Enabled DMZ
- Game & Application Sharing: - UPnP: enabled
- Extended Security: enabled
- Disabled Firewall
- Web Browsing Interception: Disabled
- Port Forwarding - Added ports steam games, recommended by steam. I have uploaded the pictures of my port forwarding please have a look to verify the ports are put in correctly.

Hi noble1234
When did this start happening? I've started playing a lot of CS:GO recently and had a similar message, I had to verify my CS:GO files via Steam, reboot and it worked fine.
This may sound counter-intuitive, but can you try removing the router settings you've changed and just going back to the same setup you had beforehand?

I have tried verifying my game settings by going on, library/counter strike global offensive local files/verify integrity of game cache... , numerous times I have tried including reinstalling steam, reinstalled windows but still the same problem.
I'm also having problem with GTA V, connecting to the servers so I had to adjust the router settings from default and reduced the problem. But still sometimes the issue pops back again with GTA V, but counter strike global offensive it happens 80% in 1 game,
if not then 100% on the next game, its almost like if the problem keeps getting worse even with my new router.
I'm unsure of the actual date when the problem started but around 30/03/2015. I'm Definitely sure its the internet provider because not only this happens to my pc but all the machine in the house, plusnet had an update and its in that update that made my life terrible. Please fix this issue

Does this happen on both the old and the new router when they are setup as default?
