Raising a request for Max Premium goes in to a non-monitored pool that is looked at not very often (I think I've seen 7 to 10 days quoted in the past). What usually happens is that one of the Comms team spots a post in here and goes to check the pool. There's a possibility it hasn't been ordered yet - once it has it usually happens overnight.

Just had a response an it's going through, thanks very much for you help. I have to say the customer support has been great so far, if only I could say the same about the  BT!!
