Cannot connect to Apex Legends servers

Hi,

when I log into Apex Legends servers on my PS4 I get through the first time, then any subsequent connections after my first game I am unable to connect to the servers for a certain amount of time, or at least I can access the lobbies but am unable to connect to any games.

My PS4 has a static IP and my Technicolor router has the DMZ set to the PS4 static IP, I also have port forward enabled for all Apex Legends ports and still suffer from this issue. have been using my PS4 at my friends house (who has a different ISP) and am able to connect with no issue there.
