COD - Black Ops and others not going online for Xbox 360

Got a TG585 v7, I can't seem to play online on quite a few of my games for Xbox 360.
It just constantly searches for a game and eventually fails.
In my router there is my PC, Linkstation and a couple of Unknowns. However I believe my Xbox is "Unknown-00-1d-d8-82-5c-16" as it has the same IP, but is not an option when I go to assign a game/application (Xbox Live) to it.
Any suggestions please?

Update, changed the Unknown-00-1d-d8-82-5c-16 to Xbox360 and assigned XboxLive to it, still no luck unfortunately.
Is there anything anyone can suggest? Seen a few posts about putting the 360 into the DMZ? No idea how to do this, are there any walkthroughs?

Do a search for "585v7 DMZ" in google....
You can open DMZ by clicking this link http://192.168.1.254/cgi/b/publicip/cfg ... _PUBL_ADDR apparently.

dmz works but will put your network at risk try port forwarding

this give a detailed work around for most routers so you can get open NAT  this will help with connection issues to other games
