A quick google suggests it's bug reporting software used by League of Legends.

OK! Thank you.
Now perhaps some kind soul could identify who makes BugSplat?
The reason being that I have been playing Company of Heroes 2 (CoH2)
for some 167 hours without any problems . I had switched off automatic updates
as I do not like any software for whatever purpose being installed on my
pc without my authorisation. Steam installed updates on Sunday and immediately after
the game crashed & BugSplat appeared.
I am now receiving guidance from Sega the makers, sadly the game keeps crashing.
A quick look on Google tells me that the error that I have always follows an update
and the game becomes unplayable.
If automatic updates are turned off and I have opted for "Do not automatically update this game"
how is it possible for Steam/Sega to update the game against the wishes of the owner of the pc?

After a quick google, bugsplat and COH2 have had issues since 2013 so unless you have had crashes until now, you won't have noticed it installed

Yeah, to my rather limited knowledge on it, I know League uses it, encountered it a few times, so just ignore it basically. Unless it occurs frequently, then something is probably wrong XD
