I'm on option 3 at the moment, whats the differance other than usage allowance between options 2 and 3?
Is the traffic for option 3 a high priority?
What things from a gaming point of view are in option 3 thats not in option 2?

There isn't any difference for gaming, see here: http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/quality_broadband/traffic_prioritisation.shtml

Other than the obvious differences in usage and price, it's mainly a difference in peak time rate limits on advanced protocols.
This is a pretty useful link for comparing our Products, old and new.

Also probably worthwhile bearing in mind that all protocols on Pro are prioritised in either Gold or Titanium at all times
That means straightforward game patch downloads and P2P distribution (like WoW patches) are all considered very high priority - even in offpeak hours.
On all other products, things like patch distribution can be throttled.
