BC2 connection drops

i have only been with plusnet 10 days and have had nowt but trouble with game servers 
as well as having high pings over 60 !, i continuosly get kicked , or message saying  "conection to game sever lost "
before plusnet i used a wifi conection  from 100 yds away and never had this problem .
i was told i had a 10 day training period but its terrible i cannot play for more than 15 mins without dropping out

are u using pc or console
If pc this is a known issue with EA not plusnet as i have same problems and is posted on steam and ea forums
try forwarding ports to BFBC2 may help

cheers m8 but i am aware of isues with EA , bc2 PC but i never had this problem before i connected with plusnet.

PURE CrossFireX 790GX High Performance Mb
athlon 645 3.1gig x4 CPU
6 gig ddr2 ram
ATI 6870 1 gig gfx card
1 tb samsung spinpoint HD
OCZ 700w modstream PSU
win 7 64
but will try to forward ports TY

i had with problem with many providers
ive been with BT, O2, PLUSNET and so on and still have same issues depending on server i connect to depends on if the games drop sometimes its the master server problem that can cause this as already confirmed by EA representive, as its a connection issue from them to ISP's not ISP'S to EA

AFAIK during the 10 day training period you router will often lose connection will it not? I think it tries for the fastest speed the when it drops connection will reduce until it finds a stable speed which could be a cause.  I play both MOH Tier One and BFBC2 on the PS3 and have been getting booted out of games lately, some friends also have the same problem and have never experienced this before. Are other games still playing all right or just BC2?

    update !!
well i have tried the test socket , bit from the master socket        and have recivied a new Router        set all ports on router ,, port forwarding .
but still no joy 
and now it still drops connection regularly but its not just the game but Teamspeak too, and ventrillo.
have uploaded all logs and proof  high pings from speedtest.net.
BUT still awaiting a answer from my support ticket.
FFS man do summat pls, apart from taking my money from the bank !

  SORTED !!!
disable Upnp in router    and hay presto, no more disconections
