No, Asbo was right, i was thinking interleaving switched off, and fastpath were two seperate things.  whoops
Hey Jameseh, has my line gone on to fastpath now then?  Again, im not at home, so unable to check, but wondered wether the order went through.  Cheers

thanks for looking Had a reply to my ticket to switch off interleaving yesterday saying the order would be put through, will i get a note from them when it is done or do i just have to keep rebooting my router now and then to see if its off.

If the order got placed yesterday, it should have completed today.
Trying pinging something and see how it's behaving?

no need to do that it will resync on its own when fastpath is enabled

cheers for replys folks, not at home at the moment but when i looked earlier on my router stats page it still said interleaved  and ping test to bbc.co.uk was pinging at 67ms
will check again tonight

can anyone on the PN staff tell me if this has been done yet ,
It hadn't this morning and i have had nothing back since support said they would pass the ticket over to the relevant team to put the order through that was yesterday early afternoon, should i have receved conformation that the order had gone in ?

The order hasn't been placed I'm afraid.  I've placed it manually now and it'll complete on Tuesday.
