Recently I am getting awful lag just and my pings are high and there is frequently alot of jitter on my line. Playing Fifa14 at times is unplayable and I am being disconnected continually which is causing me to lose countless games.
How do i raise a remedy ticket so this can be checked and hopefully sorted..
