Anyone heard of HVPB.com aka High velocity paintball.

Quite good gameplay, graphics on a par with "minesweeper", good match options.
Currently I'm being hammered by lag. The program reports a ping of 102ms but it rises in games sometimes freezing me out for seconds.
I can't find documentation on the server it uses but as far as I can tell its one comcast address and port 9006

wireshark the games traffic to find what prioity it has on the network, i would check for you but i am not on a PN connection http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/troubleshooting/wireshark.shtml

ok just had a looksee at this and on my post office connection am getting 102 - 120 reported by the in game meter, But using wireshark to grab the ip address used and pinging it with ping plotter the pings are 200ms and the server appears to be in the denver area of the u.s.a
