Hi,
Just wondering if there would be any chance of smoothping working on the plusnet pro package? www.smoothping.com
Doesnt seem to work at the mo. It actually increases latency. I dont know why, but plusnet seem to prioritise the traffic as 0x80 when it goes through their servers rather than the usual 0xa0 for games, so maybe that'd explain the increase in ping.
Any thoughts?

I'd imagine your assumption is spot on although admittedly I haven't had a huge amount of experience with Smoothping. Best that you raise a ticket explaining the situation and attach a Wireshark capture if you want us to consider changing the traffic prioritisation.

I'm pretty sure you're 100% right on that count if we're talking SSH tunnelling.
