Both me and my girlfriend are Plusnet customers, I am on the pro gamer package and she is on option 2.
I have no trouble connecting or playing the game at home but at her place i cant even get it to update, it will download about 300kb of data and stop.
I have tried to disable the firewall but no luck and even added ports 7000-7999 but that dont help.
I cant think of anything else why this happens. Has anyone else got any idea or got this problem and knows an answer.
I can play Eve online with no problems at her place and no probs surfing.
Please help this gamer to kill Vanir !!!!!!!!
