Hi,
Unfortunately Im having a similar experience.
My DSL light is constantly flashing and hasnt connected for teh last 5 days. As mentioned by the OP, the frustration is that it doesnt appear that PlusNet are doing anything - Ive had no acknowledgement of the ticket whatsoever.
Even when escalated, I was told Id receive a call within 24hrs and thats now rapidly approaching without any sign of a call.
Trial, I can handle - poor customer service, I cant.
