slow download speed

I have been having the same issue over the last 2 days. I am on the 330/30 trial and can't get over 20Mbs download speed. Dave could you please reset/ change mine too until the issue has been sorted. I have just upgraded last Friday to a Netgear Nighthawk 7000 AC router and dongles and it was a real eye opener the difference in routers Range and Speed wise for 24 hours until this started.

same here, after 2 yrs of happy 90Mbps+, suddenly it's limited to 20Mbps for a few days now? Tried resetting modem a few times but always the same. Somebody is rate limiting us ?

You might need to disconnect/reconnect on your router for the change to take affect.
@ champson - were you on 330/30?

@AndyH - no I'm 100/30 as it's been for about 2 years. Never noticed a permanent slowdown before until now. It's running 20/30.

I'm getting the same problem too. I have FTTP and my speed has always been around 100/15. For the last week or so its been 20/15. How do I get it set back to the correct speed? I have reset the router multiple times, so I don't think its hardware related.
