it's currently 1mb!

No 21CN or FTTC MSOs showing for last night so don't know, could've been anything really and unfortunately we probably won't ever know.

I'm seeing the same thing on a daily basis.  15:00 - 00:00 = 4Mbps.  Rest of the day 33Mbps.  It's not nice
