fttp keeps dropping

I have had fiber broadband for a while now but for the last couple of days the connection regularly keeps dropping for a minute or two.Any idea what is causing this,and can someone look into it?

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

We can see the connection has been dropping but we can't see any cause for this.

It may be worth monitoring it

Do you see more drops than indicated below?

If you don't are your devices connecting over WiFi or using a wired connection?

yes i'm sure there have been a couple today, that i have noticed.

and i,m using a wired connection

Do you notice the light on the front of the router change colour when the connection drops?

to be honest i did not look,next time i'll see what happens on the router 

update- just dropped out again but no change on router

Sounds like the problem may be a bit closer to home, if your router doesn't drop the connection.

Is your computer wired directly to your router using an ethernet cable or going via a powerline adapter?

Do you experience the same problems using a different device?
