fibre not working.

Hello, I upgraded to fibre broadband on 26/3/20. I've received my new router & connected it, & I had a call from Open Reach on Monday 6/4/20 advising that the fibre optic was connected. However, there has been no change to my connection speed. It is exactly what it was before I upgraded. I've re-installed the router but this makes no difference. Any advice please?

I upgraded to fibre extra around 20/02 and still didn't get it. Contacted support 5 times and they arranged 5 times engineers but nothing changed.
