ZyXEL NGB4604 - access point help please

morning all
can you please help me?  I'm trying to set up this router as an access point, but when I log into the config;
maintenance>Sys OP Mode>General, the option is grayed out for the access point mode.  has this been locked down by plusnet?

you need to log in as:
user: supervisor
pass: supervisor
then all is unlocked!

Thanks for this info, as it's prompted me to ask a question on a separate thread, about how to change the password for this second login as it's not letting me do that ....
