Yes, the fault call has been logged since 5 December 2013 and is an open ticket. [mremoved] is the main protagonist.
@Kelly
[mremoved] asked me to power cycle the ONT and router which happened around 15:30 as soon as I had the text from him.
Speed is higher but not counting any chickens

Hopefully it stays this way. It will take a few weeks to prove it as the issue has been re-appearing at any time up to 2 weeks after regaining full speed.

Also effecting BT Retails users in MK7 Walnut Tree too.
Updated the support ticket at 22:59 but the page has not finished reloading with the new details. The Firefox loading icon is still spinning after 5 minutes!

Download speedachieved during the test was - 0.44 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 40 Mbps-87.77 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 87.77 Mbps
Cannot load the Thinkbroadband speedtest as link is too slow.
Cannot run speedtest.net test against the Milton Keynes server (Uno) again as link too slow.
Now over 12 weeks since this issue started.
